We think about food, A LOT. We developed recipes for King Daddy’s Chicken® totally focused on quality and flavor.
We refuse to change our recipes for takeaway containers. Instead, we spent months testing containers to work with our food. For delivery, the sauce is on the side. We recommend using the liner we provide and heating your chicken in an oven to at least 165°F to get them nice and hot. Toss the chicken in sauce and you’ll get the same great restaurant taste at home!!
Everything we offer is about QUALITY and FLAVOR. King Daddy’s Chicken® serves natural chicken breasts & tenders, fresh salads, made-from-scratch sides, sauces made with quality ingredients, and gluten friendly waffles.
About our CHICKEN BREAST & TENDERS. Our chicken is 24-hour brined, fresh not frozen, boneless, skinless, no hormones, no antibiotics, & fed a vegetarian diet. All chicken and breading are (GF).
About our WAFFLES. Our waffles are cooked on a true cast iron waffle maker. Day-leavened batter is small batch, started the day before and proofed in a cooler overnight to create an airy mix. Very limited supply. All waffles are (GF)
About our SALADS. We start with fresh organic spring mix, add fresh vegetables, then toss, we add chicken (GF) or local Smiling Hara Tempeh (GF)(V) and serve them with a side of our house made dressings (GF). All our salads are (GF).
About our SIDES. Using the freshest ingredients, sides are prepared by hand, cooked in our own kitchen, using recipes we’ve been perfecting for years. All our sides are (GF)
About our SAUCES. All our sauces are small batch, and house made. We have crafted seven unique sauces, each with a distinct flavor and heat level. We decided not to go gimmicky with 50 sauces or identical dry rubs with 5 heat levels. We’re proud to offer you something different! All our sauces are (GF)
